I ordered a hat back in 15th march.i have email them 3times& am still waiting for them to anwer me as i want a refund.not a happy customer. ????

got charged for item i didnt order, notified company, issue was corrected within couple hours, money back on credit card in about a day. recieved product i did order a few days later. excellent service. happy with everything.

They take at minimum 10 days to ship your item in my experience. Then, once it’s shipped it’s another 7-10 days. You’re looking at a total turnaround time of 20-25 days. Ridiculous

I am really happy with Indiemerchstore from both a merchandise and customer service perspective.
I tend to buy multiple items to offset the shipping cost (to Australia) and, without fail, receive great quality items in a reasonably short timeframe.
Best of all, the one time I did have a significant issue, namely buying a handful of Medium hoodies that did not fit (incorrect sizing chart that didn't align with the physical items), Indiemerchstore sent me replacement items and provided store credit to reimburse my return shipping. Considering many other businesses would have told me 'bad luck', this was excellent customer service and genuinely appreciated. I've since made several further purchases without issue.

I agree with other reviewers that their customer service is terrible.
I ordered three items from IndieMerch. One was a preorder (date had a typo, so it was actually a month later than I expected). Because of this, they didn't ship the other pieces of my order. That's frustrating but understandable, so no issues there.
However, while my order sat there and they had my money in their pockets, they let a different item in my order sell out. It was a limited release that I cannot order again. While they did refund the cost of that item, they did not offer free shipping or any other small accommodation for selling out of the item I had paid for.
Note that they didn't realize this on their own, I waited 3 weeks with no contact or shipping notice before I reached out to customer service. When I did, I felt that the representatives were annoyed at my frustration, and they did not care that they weren't keeping track of their stock accurately. I will absolutely avoid buying from here again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely unprofessional. They are unwilling to work with the customer in the event of an issue. Use another merchant that has more customer friendly policies.

Excellent customer support. Any questions I have ever asked (via Instagram Direct-Message) have been answered within hours and clarified all and any queries. Delivery is prompt and reliable. Large range of goods. Not excessively expensive. I have 0 complaints.

This company goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I've bought so much from them this year and the one time I had a minor problem,they fixed it immediately. Fast shipping and excellent quality every time as well. I'll continue to do business with them so long as they're open????????????

I love INDIEMERCH! They got the best and most brutal band merch ever to come across! Amazing bundles you can’t find anywhere else, pretty reasonable prices. Once items are available to ship, takes no time for my items to be delivered (approximately 2days. In the states)
I get satisfying customer service, great contact with the store. They are very well determined to make sure the customer is happy with their order!
One feature I’m not too crazy for is the shipping fee (varies on size of order) but at the end of the day when you get your items, they’re so great that it makes up for the fee! Totally worth it!

My order arrived in about a month all the way from US to Greece. It was first sent to Germany so as to avoid any extra customs fees. Overall the shirt is the same as the one in the picture.

I just received my clothes, after a longer time than I expected, however this was more due to customs issues with Australia and my Australian tracking not working correctly. indiemerchstore responded to my concerns with the delay quickly and made me feel like a valued customer, and also promptly fixed an issue with my order where a shirt was doubled on my order and quickly refunded me. The quality of the clothes I received are great, It seems a bit pricey but the quality justifies this and more. Recommend to all after their customer service was so above par. Thanks guys
